I am using this as my gym bag and the support and comfort are top notch. There are plenty of compartments smartly placed and sized. My first option was the Cotopaxi Allpa because I was looking for butterfly opening backpacks, but when I received it I was disappointed. It felt flimsy and cheaply made.
