This works for canceling classes but when it comes to rescheduling it needs a lot of improvement. If you select your child it still shows you a bunch of incorrect level types and if you select the level you want, it does not display the available lesson times in chronological order (ie it may show a Sunday time, a Wednesday time, a Monday time, and another Sunday time). Such a frustrating user experience I’ve noticed on the website as well that should really be bare minimum functionality for viewing available lesson times. I feel like I’m trying to solve a complex math problem just gauging what actual days and times are available.

Logging into this app is nearly impossible. Password managers do not work with this app because the app REQUIRES manual input into the password field to light up the Login button. A preloaded password from a password manager does not trigger the manual entry requirement. Copying and pasting from your password manager does not work either as the app’s login fields do not allow pasting.

So you finally manually type in your password and then you perform whatever task you needed to within the app. You come back to the app a few hours later and you e been logged out only to have to relive this incredibly frustrating experience ALL OVER AGAIN.

Incredibly frustrating and not worth using if you can’t figure out how to let people login and stay logged in.

When it comes to any technology, I like things to be intuitive and organized well, especially as a busy mom. When filtering the class schedule and seeing results it doesn’t always filter or organize sequentially. The naming of enrolled vs attendance is just used interchangeably and it’s confusing which is which. It was easier for me to text GSS to cancel/schedule. I’d like to see a more simplistic and streamlined system.
