Amazing app

Wow. Blown away. After struggling with stinking Shutterfly for 7 years I am so excited to have found this app. This was the most pleasant app to use in my entire phone collection. Super easy, doesn’t kill my battery, and I get to make my memories into print!! From my phone!!! Never thought I would get to do that. Everything was super easy to do. Excited to get the results in a week supposedly.
Only suggestion is when I’m wanting to search for a picture from my whole phone, that you make that drag bar on the right so I could grab it and drag it to the year and month I want, instead of scrolling forever. Even without that I am incredibly happy with this. You guys have a great team of designers and engineers and it shows. Thank you for this app!!!!!!

Edited After Receiving Album

I ordered an album of our vacation pictures on Journi Print. The order was processed, but nothing has happened since then regarding the production of the book . There is no way to communicate with an actual person. You have to talk with a “bot” and get nowhere. The bot actually said it could not find my order or email. Twice, I said I wanted to speak to an actual person. To do that, I received (twice) emails containing the conversations with the bots. I replied and explained that my order had not been processed, and couldn’t be “found,” according to the bot. HOWEVER, MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS ORDER. I have not heard from anyone to try and resolve this problem. I was hoping for a nice album, but it appears this site is just a scam. Since it is an app, I think people should be made aware.

EDITED: My album arrived today and it is nicely done. Someone, Tina, finally contacted me and things were taken care of immediately. So, it’s all good. I bought a hard copy album and it is put together very well. I will order again sometime. I’m only giving 4 stars due to the difficult communication process with the bot.

Great site

Great design and color options and pretty easy interface to use. I appreciate the ability to access my photos from multiple sources and adding and exchanging photos is very easy. I also appreciate the different layout options to choose from.

The only issues I had were the inability to change font size for text; when changing the font layout and style, it would change it on every page instead of just the page I was working on; and if having to remove a page in the middle of the book, rather than all pages (and their layouts) adjusting position, the layouts would completely change style (according to the template base, I assume), moving photos around, text boxes, color schemes and background designs—this required quite a bit of restructuring pages to return to my original design, and a lot of extra time and work.

Aside from those minor inconveniences, I really like the site and will definitely use again!
