ViewTransition: skipTransition() method

Since October 2025, this feature works across the latest devices and browser versions. This feature might not work in older devices or browsers.
The skipTransition() method of the
ViewTransition interface skips the animation part of the view transition, but doesn't skip running the associated view update.

Skipping an SPA view transition
