No token limit for prompts broken? Different results with the same prompts and seed #2005

Describe the bug
I noticed decreased quality of my prompts using latest version 050a6a7
It works fine on 00117a0 (so before prompt limit was removed).
To Reproduce
Generate the following on both commits and notice that latest version results in different image.
"working" 00117a0~30 (30 commits before 00117a0)
"working" 00117a0:
latest 050a6a7:
Expected behavior
Should produce the same output.
If this is expected then maybe the new prompt should be behind feature toggle so we can reproduce prompts from other users using the same seed.
