Pull Request Overview
This PR modifies the GitHub Actions workflow trigger configuration for the command-not-found database update workflow to be more selective about when it runs. The change removes the automatic execution on all pushes to the main branch while retaining execution only when the workflow file itself is modified in pull requests.
- Removed automatic execution on pushes to the main branch
- Retained pull request execution but limited to changes affecting the workflow file itself
- Preserved scheduled and manual workflow dispatch triggers
