Pull Request Overview
This PR documents two new experimental Azure Blob Storage binary caching providers (x-azcopy and x-azcopy-sas) that use the AzCopy tool instead of CURL for potentially better performance.

Document the new
x-azcopy-sasandx-azcopybinary caching sources. These use the AzCopy tool to interact with Azure Storage blob containers using SAS and non-SAS based authentication respectively. There is empirical evidence that these providers may perform better than the existingx-azblobprovider that uses CURL invocations.
