README outdated since new naming convensions from realsense-ros #40

The line
git clone -b ros2-beta https://github.com/IntelRealSense/realsense-ros
in the README is outdated as described here: IntelRealSense/realsense-ros#2527
tldr;
ros2-beta branch has been renamed to ros2-development and is now the main branch, hence the branch suggested in the README here and here are outdated.
