Summary of the new feature / enhancement

Continuation of #23879

We are now logging debug requests, however the verbose logging is redundant and should be removed so as to minimize confusion

There are pretty much no circumstances I can think of where, if someone is seeing these verbose messages, that info will be sufficient for their troubleshooting purposes and they will go to debug anyways, it is just extra noise.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Remove the verbose logging.
