RunspaceFactory.CreateRunspace(SshConnectionInfo) is not working #25778

Steps to reproduce
This code is not working, can't create sunspace with RunspaceFactory.CreateRunspace(sshConnectionInfo).
this bug already was described and discussed in #15641 but without any fix
