Steps to reproduce
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/master/tools/metadata.json
We use this file to programmatically determine what is the current version of Powershell Core. This has been stuck on 7.5.2 for 4+ days so I'm guessing it won't get updated again until the next version - unless this file has been deprecated?
If there's a better way of programmatically determining the current release with a simple request like this, I'm all ears!
Expected behavior
{
"StableReleaseTag": "v7.5.3",
"ReleaseTag": "v7.5.3"
}Actual behavior
{
"StableReleaseTag": "v7.5.2",
"ReleaseTag": "v7.5.2"
}Error details
Environment data
This has nothing to do with running powershell, it's all on github.Visuals
