This pull request updates the version numbers of several third-party .NET dependencies listed in the ThirdPartyNotices.txt file. All affected packages are upgraded from version 9.0.6 (or 8.0.17 for one package) to newer patch versions, primarily 9.0.8 (and 8.0.19). These updates ensure the project references the latest security and bugfix releases of these dependencies.

Dependency version updates:

  • Upgraded all System.* libraries (such as System.CodeDom, System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager, System.Diagnostics.DiagnosticSource, System.IO.Ports, etc.) from version 9.0.6 to 9.0.8. [1] [2] [3] [4]
  • Upgraded all platform-specific runtime.*.System.IO.Ports libraries (covering Android, Linux, macOS, etc.) from version 9.0.6 to 9.0.8. [1] [2] [3]
  • Updated Microsoft-specific libraries, including Microsoft.Extensions.ObjectPool, Microsoft.Win32.Registry.AccessControl, Microsoft.Win32.SystemEvents, and Microsoft.Windows.Compatibility to their latest patch versions. [1] [2] [3]
  • Ensured all copyright and license information remains unchanged except for the version numbers. [1] [2]
  • No functional code changes—this is strictly a documentation update to reflect the current dependency versions. [1] [2]
