Testing a `Release` build of `dotnet new android` on a Pixel 7,
average of 10 runs:
Before:
Average(ms): 170.5
Std Err(ms): 2.23233808670043
Std Dev(ms): 7.05927286151579
After:
Average(ms): 161.3
Std Err(ms): 1.81995115929583
Std Dev(ms): 5.75519089363874
Looking at the changes, we haven't updated this in .NET 10 in a while.
