Add a constructor to DbUpdateException that accepts list of EntityEntry-s as a parameter #24146
Description
In the EntityFramework.Exceptions project I need to create an instance of DbUpdateException subclass and pass IReadOnlyList<IUpdateEntry> entries to the constructor of DbUpdateException but all implementations of IUpdateEntry are internal and there is not publicly supported way to create an instance.
Add constructor overloads that accept IReadOnlyList<EntityEntry> for populating the Entries property.
