Description of Change
Tweak template styles some more, mainly to switch BackgroundColor back to Background
based on feedback from https://github.com/dotnet/maui/pull/6372#issuecomment-1106647960https://github.com/dotnet/maui/pull/6372#issuecomment-1106647960
Question: Are we ok with using Brushes there, or should we change those back to colors too?
