Hangs and Out-of-memory are not grouped properly #146
Description
For these cases, we need to do a strict match of crash type. So, shouldn't use our stack similarity algo. Bug got noticed when https://bugs.chromium.org/p/oss-fuzz/issues/detail?id=175 didn't get closed by ClusterFuzz.
