What does this PR do?

1. The HGNetV2 model card previously referenced an incorrect paper and has now been updated to accurately describe the model, following the guidelines in [Community contributions] Model cards #36979.
2. I also corrected the contributed model card to fix usage tips for the image-classification pipeline: the pipeline expects inputs as a positional argument, not images.
3. Additionally, I fixed a typo by closing the <hfoptions> tag in the dit section.
