Fixes #4829

Test code:

#include <iterator>
#include <string>
#include <vector>

int main()
{
    std::vector<std::string> v{ "This", "_", "is", "_", "an", "_", "example" };
    auto begin = std::make_move_iterator(v.begin());
    return 0;
}
