vscode.dev it doesn't remember my open folders/files #140736
Description
Steps:
- browse to https://vscode.dev
- open a folder
- refresh/reload the page (CMD+R)
Results:
- the folder is no longer open
- the folder is not in the Recent list on the Welcome Page or Command Palette
Expected:
- The folder I had open is still open, editors are restored, etc.
