Looking into enhancements for the native issue reporter within vscode. There have been changes within the last ~6mo that changed the default behavior from "Preview" to "Create", leading to more issues created at a lower quality bar. While the classifier bot can take care of a portion of this load, there is still feedback that asks explicitly for "Preview" as the default behavior for ease of adding screenshots etc.

• Add optional routing UX if specific users need to file an issue against a private repository

Notes:

• Look into closed issues labeled verified from prior couple milestones, identifying whether or not them come from issue reporter or gh website. Should be identifiable based on body content at the end, and markdown comments from the template.
  • Should give an indication for where the more "useful" issues come from
  • Maybe look at closed issues as not planned and/or spam to maybe see where users are sending those from
• Reach out to raymond and harald about potential issues re: org id's and repo destinations
