A LOT of times, when using various models, requests can fail. This creates the following situation:

Sometimes, the agent will edit a bunch of files, then get the errored out request.

If you try to do the little "retry" button, the request will start over, both reverting any modified files, and losing all progress since.

We need a way to tell the agent to just "try the failed request again", so as to not lose all of our progress.

This is really important as this is the main source of frustration in using Copilot Agent at the moment.
