Found while testing microsoft/vscode#62107

Users will search for and expect a starting tutorial to be called "Hello World". Right now, searching for "hello world" under the /api folder doesn't return any of the Get Started content.

"Hello Code" is problematic since it isn't really the brand name. "Visual Studio Code" is the brand name and we get by with the shorted "VS Code". We should avoid using "Code" as the product name.
