We need docs on our website to cover the local LM story in VS Code.

We are always getting similar questions:

1. How can I run local models in VS Code
2. Can I connect local models for completions (not yet, but there is extension API that your extension can contribute inline completions)
3. Does this require login. Yes, but not the long term plan. Also we support Free

I know we have these docs https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/copilot/customization/language-models#_bring-your-own-language-model-key

But I think we need a dedicated section just for the local story.
