Describe the bug
log of Gradle for Java(Language Server) exists Chinese garbled.

To Reproduce

1. git clone https://gitee.com/mozhuanzuojing/gradle-jdeps.git
2. open gradle-jdeps, and wait build finishd.
3. open file build.gradle
4. open Gradle for Java(Language Server) from OUTPUT
5. F1 exec Java: Clean Java Language Server Workspace and Restart and delete.
6. please notice Gradle for Java(Language Server) of OUTPUT.

Expected behavior
Chinese display is correct.
