VS has their realtime performance view

With Matt's work to enable webviews in the sidebar, we can now do the same thing in js-debug (a little more lightweight though)

js-debug will need an event to support it (and now does in 57b2da2). Then we can add the view to the flamegraph extension; it seems the most appropriate place for it.
