Improve reviewing accessibility #5225
Description
- Improve comments accessibility Improve Comments accessibility vscode#192377
- Provide some indication that something has opened when opening the PR description or diff: Extension tree that use
vscode.openandvscode.diffcommands should respect enter vs. space vscode#193020 (comment) - Improve the title of the "toggle view mode" command
- Fix "insert suggestion" so it doesn't insert in the middle of a line
- Provide guidance for how the
queriessetting can be edited (maybe use a quick pick instead of settings.json)
