I'm working on some ECMA-335 tooling and while I continue to make progress there I will bring over various changes incrementally to the
windows-bindgencrate to deal with correctness and make the eventual introduction of that tooling simpler to merge.These changes mainly deal with some false assumptions about the underlying metadata representation that are not very observable unless you begin to generate the metadata directly.
