should work just like 'exclude', except it gives us the ability to enumerate any files that should not be ignored - even if they begin with the dastardly dot or underscore.

+1 Great feature. It's impossible to fully include the dojo toolkit without it, as dojo uses a number of _ directories internally. |

This fix should allow us to add an 'include' configuration parameter in order to force jekyll to process files that it currently ignores and excludes from the resulting destination.
