This fix should allow us to add an 'include' configuration parameter in order to force jekyll to process files that it currently ignores and excludes from the resulting destination.

should work just like 'exclude', except it gives us the ability
to enumerate any files that should not be ignored - even if they
begin with the dastardly dot or underscore.

+1 Great feature. It's impossible to fully include the dojo toolkit without it, as dojo uses a number of _ directories internally.

Does the version used in GitHub Pages include this feature? I have had a try, but with no luck.
