Current Behavior

At every deploy some groups in flows I didn't even touch are reported as changed

Not sure if relevant but the groups reported as changed were all created before v2.1.0 and before creating a project. I haven't see an issue with newly created groups.

Expected Behavior

I expect to see as changed only what is really changed.

Steps To Reproduce

I'm not sure how to reproduce. If I remove the group and recreate it the change is reported for another group.
