Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

Proposed changes

• include flows stop/start state

  • Include flows run / stop state in the report
  • This differs from the existing runtime.isStarted (which is true if the runtime is finished initialising)

• add a handful of missing settings to basic report

  • Opportunistic chance to add a few missing items that are (functionally) inconsequential but useful for diagnostics
  • I can remove from PR if you prefer these to be in 3.1.0
