Hello,
This PR fixes the resizing of creatives in secureCreatives.js when GPT is present on the page but not used for certain ad units.
For example, if GPT is only used to render the skin format, then
isGptPubadsDefined()always returns true. As a result, the previous code would incorrectly assume GPT is used for all ad units and fail to find ad units not using GPT.
