This PR fixes false positives for `Style/MapToSet` when using `to_set` with block argument. This is an issue similar to rubocop#14417.

This PR fixes false positives for
Style/MapToSetwhen usingto_setwith block argument. This is an issue similar to #14417.Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:
