This PR fixes false positives for `Style/RedundantRegexpEscape` when an escaped variable sigil follows `#` (e.g., `/#\@foo/`, `/#\@@bar/`, `/#\$baz/`). These escapes are required to prevent interpolation (`#@ivar`, `#@@cvar`, `#$gvar`) and should not be removed.
