Remove the extraneous Organization from the inventory adjustment

Why? It's extraneous information. We already have the bank info above. It will be cleaner.

To see what we're talking about:

sign in as org_admin1@example.com
click on "Inventory" and then "Inventory Adjustments"

there is a column there "Organization", which is redundant because an organization can only see it's own inventory adjustments

Similarly, if you click on "view", you will see a line "Organization: " This too is redundant.

What we need

Remove the organization column on the index, and the organization line on the view.
