Error was in line 686: NameError: name 'io' is not defined. Did you mean: 'id'?
Fix deprecated url for dumper companion as well as some minor edits

Error was in line 686: NameError: name 'io' is not defined. Did you mean: 'id'?
After this fix, the script seems to complete successfully with the createmacfonts parameters, and a non-empty classicmacfonts.dat file is created.
