Not sure whether this is in scope for this PR but would it be possible to hide/remove also the "Game 3D Renderer" combo box if there's nothing to select? |

Previously, the popups for Stretch modes and Scalers would always be created, but were hidden if they aren't supported, leaving a noticeable gap between widgets.
