This PR implements a mod for competitive online Backyard Baseball 2001 play: enables random bounces to work as they do offline. In offline play on certain fields (Dirt Yards, Playground Commons, and a few others), ground balls bounce in random directions. This makes grounder and line drive based offensive play more viable, adds another challenge for the defensive player, and gives the different fields more uniqueness and personality.
