Hebrew translation use ISO-8859-8 in visual ordering. This is nasty but we can't change it. Instead do the best with what we have. One of problems is that characters fade in in the order that is reverse to reading order. This patch improves this and sets a groundwork for other RTL languages, hopefully in logical ordering.
