Avoid light-dark() and relative colors for now, so that these palette colors can be used more freely in computed colors in components (like the Aura demo page badge) without sacrificing Safari 17 support.

Might consider doing a progressive enhancement for other browsers later on, a palette that slightly adapts to the accent color, like the previous implementation did.
