Fixes #9725
Removed no longer needed
bringToFront()workaround added in vaadin/vaadin-date-picker#705 and corresponding integration tests, as the underlying dialog issue was covered by #9773.Maybe we could restore ITs and modify them to check for the "topmost visible overlay" instead, I'll look into it.
