This pull request makes the following changes:

  • the claim of epub:type being a global attribute is removed
  • instead of embedding format-specific usage restrictions in the generic attribute definition, these are moved to the corresponding xhtml and svg sections where the attribute is defined
  • the prose about ignoring epub:type in the HTML head element is removed since the usage restrictions now disallow this
