Addresses issue #449: Behavior of window.reload() on presentation receiver page.
Permit presentation receiver pages to be reloaded, which assists developers using the Presentation API. Such pages will need to be manually reconnected.
Some changes are because I upgraded to Tidy 5.6.17 which has a few minor differences in HTML processing.
