This PR pulls the part of links that needs to be active before the terminal is attached to the DOM (link provider registration) from the actual link implementation which requires the DOM. This simplifies things by removing a bunch of null checks from linkifier.
Linkifier2is also renamed toLinkifierwhich was long overdue.
