Audio Description receiver system for the Keynote and sessions in the keynote space
Assistive Listening receiver system for the Keynote and sessions in the keynote space
Menus with inclusive dietary offerings as well as pre-ordered meals for attendees requiring specific needs
Accommodations team to support accessibility and dietary inquiries and requests, pre-event and onsite during the event
