With Google AI Pro, you can transform more of your photos with Generative AI through Photo to video and Remix.

You can animate your photo and turn static moments into dynamic short video clips. Photo to video is a new AI feature in Google Photos that brings your photos to life. It transforms a single photo into a short video with subtle movements or dynamic animations for a unique, cinematic feel.

For transparency, every video generated with Photo to video includes:

• A visual watermark that shows the content is AI generated.
• An invisible SynthID digital watermark that provides details about the video's origin.

• It works on photos only:
  1. Select a photo.
  2. Choose from options, like:
     • "Subtle movements"
     • "I'm feeling lucky"
• The videos are in portrait mode: If your photo isn't a portrait, it’ll be automatically cropped.
• Daily limits apply:
  • The number of videos you can create each day depends on your Google One membership plan.
  • If you're in a family group, each person gets their own full set of daily limits.

You can use Remix, a new AI feature in Google Photos that lets you transform your photos into different artistic styles. With just a few taps, you can turn a regular photo into a unique piece of art, like a comic book illustration or a sketch.

For transparency, every image generated with Remix includes:

• A visual watermark that shows the content is AI generated.
• An invisible SynthID digital watermark that provides details about the image's origin.

Google AI Pro members have access to Gemini CLI and Gemini Code Assist.

• Gemini Code Assist: Powered by the latest Gemini models and customized for coding use cases, Gemini Code Assist provides coding assistance in VS Code and JetBrains IDEs.
• Gemini CLI and Gemini Code Assist with AI Pro: Higher daily usage limits for Gemini 2.5 across Pro and Flash, shared across Gemini Code Assist and Gemini CLI.

Availability:

• To use Gemini CLI and Gemini Code Assist, you must be 18 years old or older.
• Only English is officially supported at this time.
• Capacity is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Google AI Pro members now have access to Flow, a generative video tool for filmmaking. The tool helps users to create clips, scenes, and stories faster with the use of AI. It also offers different modes to generate new videos, such as:

• Text to video
• Ingredients to video
• Frames to video

Tip: Flow has a limit of 5 concurrent generations.

To keep children safe, Flow has safety features on prompts that can give harmful outputs. To check the full list of protected categories, go to Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

Availability:

• Currently, you can send prompts to Flow in US English only. All responses are delivered in US English.

Users can easily remix ideas and create images with the help of Whisk, a Google Labs generative media experiment that focuses on fast visual ideation. Users only need to select images as prompts for guidance like scene, subjects, or styles and Whisk will try to capture their essence to generate images.

Whisk Animate is a new feature for Google AI Pro members. It lets users transform generated images into short videos with Veo 2. Subscribers can generate up to 100 videos a month.

Tip: Video generation limit refreshes monthly. AI credits don't accumulate. Learn more about AI credits.

Users can gain understanding about the information that matters most to them with the help of NotebookLM, an AI-powered research and writing assistant. With AI Pro, NotebookLM gives you:

• Five times more Audio Overviews, notebooks, and sources per notebook
• Customizable notebook styles and tones
• Additional sharing options and analytics for your notebooks

Standard NotebookLM limits:

• Audio generations: 3 per day
• Q&A: 50 per day
• Sources: 50 per Notebook
• Notebooks: 100 per user

NotebookLM with AI Pro limits:

• Audio Overviews: 20 per day
• Q&A: 500 per day
• Sources: 300 per Notebook
• Notebooks: 500 per user

Availability:

• This feature is currently only available for countries where Google AI Pro and NotebookLM are available.
