Angelina Jolie's son Pax Jolie-Pitt made his first red carpet appearance since his harrowing e-bike accident as he stood next to his mum at the premiere of her new film Without Blood
Angelina Jolie's son Pax showed off his healing forehead scars as he joined his superstar mum at a red carpet event.
The duo caused a stir as they arrived at the premiere of Jolie's latest film, Without Blood, during the Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday. The aftermath of a nasty e-bike crash on July 29 in Los Angeles left Pax with serious head and hip injuries which required treatment in intensive care. However, Pax is on the mend, as he put on a brave face beside his mum.
Although Pax's arm was in a cast, his smart black suit jacket did a good job of disguising it. Pax looked smart in his crisp white shirt, perfectly complementing his tailored black trousers, tie and shiny leather shoes, and topped off his outfit with slick black sunglasses. Angelina exuded old-school Hollywood charm, stunning onlookers in her fitted sleeveless black dress complete with chic evening gloves.
She shimmied down the red carpet with her mermaid-style skirt elegantly cascading over her heels. In a surprising twist, the Mr. and Mrs. Smith star showcased her natural blonde locks which lay straight with a centre parting that illuminated her flawless complexion and subtle makeup palette, reports the Mirror US.
Earlier in the day, the mother-son tandem grabbed some downtime together in L.A., where Pax sported his arm in a cast and donned a bucket hat emblazoned with Miracle during his ongoing convalescence surrounded by his loving family.
Pax has been keeping his distance from his famous father, Brad Pitt, during his recovery, as per his own wishes. Despite being open to support from his mother, it's reported that Pax "doesn't want any well wishes" from his dad.
The Interview with the Vampire star hasn't been deterred, however, and has attempted to be involved. A source confided to the Daily Mail that Brad is keen to stay informed about Pax's condition, rather than being met with "radio silence". The insider shared last month: "Don't expect Pax's accident to bring the family dynamic back in any way as Pax is 100% on Angie's side and doesn't want any well wishes or remorse from Brad," They added, "Brad is upset that Pax got hurt and would love to help out in any way possible during his recovery, but it doesn't seem to be something that will ever happen since there is a forever disconnect and divide between them all."
