BBC presenter Emma Vardy said she's 'thrilled and beyond excited' as she announced she's pregnant with her second child. The 44-year-old broadcaster took to her Instagram page to share a clip showing off her baby bump as she posed in the BBC studios this morning.
In the video, she backed away from the camera before turning to the side to cradle her bump as she smiled. "A piece of news... We’re welcoming a new addition!" Emma wrote. "Thrilled and beyond excited.
"Little Jago is going to become a brother, and we can’t wait for the next chapter."
The star also shared a screenshot of the video to her X/Twitter page, writing: "Undertook some investigative work, fact-checking, and verification. Turns out, it’s true!! Full write up coming 2026."

She announced the news on social media at the time with a snap of her son sleeping on her chest.
"Presenting my best breaking news ever. Baby boy Jago Fionn is here At just a few hours old, playing a little camera shy," she said at the time.
"Huge thanks to the dedicated & talented midwives & doctors at Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital, for looking after us so well. Smitten & so in love."
After Emma announced the news of her second pregnancy, her friends and fans rushed to the comment section to congratulate her on the happy news.
One user wrote: "Omg!!!!! So excited for you!!" and another posted: "Oh Emma, I am so happy for you." Another added: "Congratulations, excited for you all , you are going to be the awesome foursome. Embrace and enjoy."
Meanwhile, at the end of August, her son celebrated a huge milestone. Jago turned two this summer and Emma shared a sweet post about his celebrations.
"We celebrated a little milestone this week," she said. "Our wee man is turning into a proper little boy and it was lovely to celebrate with lots of our friends and family in the New Forest."Scroll for the results of my continued sugar free cake baking tradition, it didn’t taste half bad.
