Jude Law's rarely-seen daughter who is his spitting image makes TV debut
Jude Law's nine-year-old daughter, Ada, is keen to follow in her dad's footsteps and is set to appear on a Prime Video TV show alongside her mum, Cat Harding
The daughter of Hollywood icon Jude Law has made her TV debut, with fans pointing out the resemblance to her famous dad. The Holiday star's three eldest kids have already followed in his acting footsteps in their own career, and now his youngest, at the age of nine, appears to be doing the same.
Young Ada, who Jude shares with singer Cat Harding, has officially made her TV debut. She was thrust into the limelight as her mum, who previously featured on The Voice, introduced her family to the small screen on Married To The Game.
Cat, who is engaged to Arsenal footballer Jorginho, was seen with her daughter on the Prime Video production that follows the lives of the wives and girlfriend of a number of Premier League stars.
Ada is seen on the show, which is released on April 8, trying on dresses alongside her mum. She is also seen having her first acting lesson as she bids to follow in her dad and mum's showbiz shoes.
In the footage, Cat revealed Ada's intentions to make it in the industry. She said: "It's really important for me that Ada follows her dreams, she's super creative and that's clearly the route she's going down.
"But I do get nervous because I know how the music industry is, it's risky, so I'm a bit conflicted. But it was really lovely to watch her doing the acting lesson, and she's just had a big audition, actually, so it's very exciting."
Cat admitted she has tried to warn her daughter about the cut-throat industry, adding: "We've explained to her that she has to be super prepared for a lot of rejection, but that she should take every audition as a learning experience and not let it affect her or knock her confidence.
"You just have to get back up and try again. My biggest fear is that rejection is going to affect her confidence. But we've said, 'If you really want to do it, and you really believe in yourself, put the work in'."
Jude is a father to seven children, including three with his first with Sadie Frost, Rafferty, 28, Iris, 24, and Rudy, 22.
He also shares daughter Sophia, 15, with model Samantha Burke, while he has two kids with Phillipa Coan.
Speaking to the Mirror in 2020, Cat explained how her daughter resembles her dad. "She looks like Jude massively, she doesn't look like me," she said. "Jude is really funny and sweet.
"I remember last week he came over and he had to change her on the park bench. He cleaned her all up."
And Cat went on to praise his paternal instincts: "He is a good dad and she sees her brothers and sisters. He takes her out all the time."
