This Morning star launches new range of beautiful and snuggly slippers ready for winter

This Morning’s celebrity chef Juliet Sear has just launched her own range of cosy slippers featuring beautiful beaded afternoon tea designs for under £60

There’s nothing quite like slipping your feet into a cosy pair of slippers after a long day, and with the colder months coming up it’s never been more crucial to keep your feet toasty. So when we heard about this brand new slipper range from celebrity chef and This Morning star Juliet Sear, we knew we would be snapping them up for winter.

The slippers were designed in collaboration with Laines London , and feature the brand’s signature intricate beaded designs. But in true British fashion, Juliet opted to make an afternoon tea-themed collection with everything from teapots to cake and biscuits on the front.

The Tea and Toes collection come in one of Laines London’s signature slipper silhouettes, with a closed toe and slip-on, open back style. They also have extra cushioning and a chunky sole which keeps your feet warm and away from the cold ground.

To make sure your feet don’t get chilly they’re made from a soft teddy towelling material that keeps the heat in, and of course in true Laines London fashion, feature an embroidered beaded brooch on the front of each foot. For her collab, Juliet opted for afternoon tea-themed decorations, with one pair featuring a teapot and a Battenberg cake, whilst another has a cup of tea and a custard cream.

The Tea and Toes collection is a celebration of tradition and comfort, and is all about embracing those small moments and slow afternoons with the kettle on, your feet up and a cuppa in hand. Each brooch is handmade using high grade pearls, beads and crystals for some added sparkle and glitz that would be perfect for the festive season. We’re already eyeing up a pair to wear whilst opening presents on Christmas morning!

Juliet said: “This collaboration is all about celebrating the joy of British tradition, that sense of nostalgia and indulgence that comes with afternoon tea but with a fun, modern twist. Working with Laines London felt like the perfect fit – their craftsmanship and attention to detail mirror everything I love about creating beautiful, handcrafted cakes.”

There are four different designs in the collection, with each pair priced at £59. They have letter sizing, with a small fitting a UK 3, a medium is a UK 4-5, a large fits a UK 6-7 whilst an XL fits a UK8. The beaded designs are what make Laines London’s slippers one of a kind, but if you want something a little more minimalist, White Stuff’s Floral Mule Slippers are £40 and come in navy suede with cute floral embroidery on the front.
