Gwyneth Paltrow announces VERY X-rated suggestions in her annual Mother's Day gift guide

Gwyneth Paltrow left little to the imagination in her extensive gift guide for Mother's day, with items including perfume, jewellery and sex toys

Gwyneth Paltrow doesn't hold back when it comes to her Mother's Day gift guide and this year certainly isn't for the easily embarrassed.

The actress, 50, has included a whole range of raunchy gift ideas for people to splurge on for their mum's this weekend, from a "clitoral stimulator" to a vibrator and lube set.

Gwyneth is well known for her openness and recently left her daughter Apple mortified as she discussed her sex life on her Call Her Daddy podcast.

But she doesn't seem to have been fazed by her teen's reaction and has released her raciest list yet in the run-up for the special day.

The over-sharer - whose Goop brand previously released a particularly personal scented candle - chose some weird and wonderful gift ideas to mark the big occasion.

Why not, according to Gwyneth, say thank you to the woman who raised you by getting them one of four different vibrators on her gift list.

One of the sex toys in question is from Gwyneth's personal line she released last year. The double-sided wand vibrator is available for $98 and is described on her website as "the ultimate intimate massage".

The description continues: "One end has a wonder-ball wand with deep, rumbly vibrations for external stimulation. On the other side, the slim, flexible end provides powerful and precise vibration for clitoral or internal stimulation."

If you want to push the boat out slightly more, a $145 budget would see you be able to afford the Golden Hour Kit from Tabu.

In this purchase, you'd pick up a vibrator and lube which have been "designed to work beautifully together".

Of course, there are other more toned down ideas available, with the guide made up of 87 items in total.

For those a bit more reserved, options include an $18 collagen mark, while those with a bit more cash to splash might opt for the $9,000 necklace suggestion.

The "in-between" selections offer up a $2,250 button-down shirt from God's True Cashmere, while an infrared sauna blanket makes the cut with a price tag of $699.

Honourable mentions go to the more regular items including candles, kitchen utensils and bottles of perfumes which have been carefully selected.

Sharing the list with its followers, Goop wrote: "Every day is a good day to celebrate those who’ve raised us, nurtured us, taught us, and (let’s be real) put up with us.

"But on May 14, why not go a little bigger? Ahead, 87 ways to say thank you, I love you - to the mothers, stepmothers, sisters, friends, grandmothers, aunts, and teachers in our lives."

Fans were quick to take to social media to discuss the lines, with one user joking: "me: gee i wonder what i should get my mom for mother’s day. gwyneth paltrow: have you considered 4 different vibrators?"

Another penned: "Gwyneth Paltrow is the gift that keeps on giving."
